Description
Archaeological excavation was undertaken by Allen Archaeological Associates on land at the Old Palace, Minster Yard, Lincoln in October to December 2011. Roman, medieval and a few post medieval artefacts were recovered. There was evidence of truncation of earlier deposits in the Victorian period. {1}{2}
