Description
A fluxgate gradiometer survey was conducted to assess the impact of proposed development on land east of Gold Road, Mablethorpe. Limited traces of potential archaeological remains were identified, consisting of a small group of magnetic anomalies, thought to represent the remains of a possible saltern. {1}
The geophysical survey was recommended by a previously conducted desk based assessment. {2}
