A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of new housing on land at 75 Burton Road, Lincoln. The monitoring recorded the remains of a brick-lined well and two brick-built basements, both associated with the late 19th century development of this area. {1}{2}
