Description
Eleven trial trenches were excavated prior to proposed residential development. The trenches were positioned to test the results of an earlier geophysical survey (ELI7486), the results of which were negative. The trial trenches confirmed these results with all but one of the features found being modern land drains. One earlier, but undated, field boundary was also observed. {1}
