Full Description
A single probable north to south aligned ditch was recorded in this location in May 2017, during archaeological monitoring of the construction of a new agricultural storage building at Top Farm. No corresponding feature is marked on Ordnance Survey mapping for this area, suggesting it pre-dates the mid 19th century, although no finds or dating material were recovered from its fill, and its exact origin remains uncertain. {1}{2}
