Full Description

The school was opened in 1871 and closed in 2004. The school building and associated residential building were demolished in 2019 to make way for a care home {1}. The one-storey school building was constructed of red brick with a gable roof and slate tiles. The associated building was possibly the teacher's residence; it was a two-storey red brick detached house. {2}
