Full Description

All Saints' Church has a Perpendicular west tower. It has a Decorated window and the remainder is Victorian. There was a restoration in 1867-68. {1} A medieval church, now demolished, perhaps initially a parish church or part of an adjacent manorial complex. The area is also surrounded by remains of a medieval settlement including moated earthworks which were probably contemporary with the medieval church. The church can be seen on the 1889 Ordnance Survey map at a junction of roads, surrounded by the graveyard with the Manor House complex situated to the south-east. Alterations were made to the church in 1867 to 1868. {2}{3}
