Full Description

PRN 43651 THIS LONG BARROW IS SITUATED ON THE UPPER SLOPE TOWARDS THE TIP OF THE SPUR, ON THE SOUTH FACING VALLEY SIDE. IT IS ALIGNED NE-SW, AND IS AN OBLONG ENCLOSURE WITH A CONVEX EAST END, WITH THE WEST END BEING LESS CLEARLY DEFINED. THE SITE IS OVERRIDDEN BY LINES OF LEVELLED RIDGE AND FURROW CULTIVATION. FIELDWALKING REVEALED NO SURFACE TRACES OR FINDS. {1}, LENGTH 52M, WIDTH 24M, HTM 75M
