Two undated ditches were identified during a watching brief at Haugham Slates Farm. It is suggested they may relate to prehistoric enclosures seen as cropmarks but there is no independent record of these cropmarks. Burnt stone was retrieved from one ditch. {1}{2}
Prehistoric cropmark enclosures and boundaries have been identified from aerial photographs. {3}
