Full Description

The Methodist Reform chapel on Eastgate, Louth was built in 1854 at a cost of £2,360. It head seating for 1200. According to White, it had "a handsome stuccoed front, with eight lofty Corinthian columns." Vestries and a schoolroom were added in 1855. The chapel was closed in 1956 and demolished the following year. The site is now in use as a car park. {1}{2}{3}{4}
