Early 19th century house. Built in colourwashed and rendered brick with a hipped slate roof with moulded projecting eaves. It has single and lateral chimney stacks. Two storey high with a three bay front. An odd-looking house. Rendered. Probably late Georgian. First-floor band and pilasters.{2}
Hurnhall Farm (Hurn Hall), Holbeach. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Dispersed with multiple regular yards. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located to the side of the site. {3}
