PRN 55542 The garage was formerly a house dating from the 16th century with 19th and 20th century alterations. It has a rubble ground floor and timber framed upper storey with thickly rendered exterior, and a pantile roof. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {1} The adjacent house is not listed and its age has not been established but it is thought to date to the 19th century. A photographic building survey of both buildings was carried out prior to their refurbishment and conversion. {2}
