Full Description

Grade II listed estate cottage, now a house, and attached boundary wall, dating from 1747, remodelled in the id 19th century and altered in the late 20th century. It is coursed squared stone with brick dressings and has steep pitched renewed pantile roofs with two rebuilt brick gable stacks, the left one coped, brick quoins and tumbled gables. The right gable has a datestone inscribed "Jo. Nelson 1747". For the full description of this listed building please refer to the National Heritage List for England. {1}
