Full Description
A mid 18th century farmhouse which has undergone early 19th and mid 19th century alterations and additions. It was constructed of red brick in English garden wall bond, stucco and ashlar dressings and has a pantile roof with brick coped gables and kneelers and two end and one ridge stack. Close by to the north of the farmhouse was a U-shaped range of domestic stables, open to the north. The range was of pink and yellow brick construction with bullnose corners, with a hipped pantile roof and a single stack at the south west corner of the building. A central access passage in the south gave access to the courtyard. Its entrance had a decorative flattened half round arch of brick. {2}{3}
