Report on a programme of building recording, conducted prior to the proposed demolition and redevelopment of the Manvers Arms, at 204-206 Monks Road, Lincoln. The building is a former public house, constructed in 1934, of plain brick with decorative brick and tile quoins and a hipped, tiled roof.
