Report on the excavation of a single trial trench, dug as part of a research project to investigate land adjacent to Ermine Street, Wellingore. No archeaological features or deposits were identified, but a small concentration of probable late medieval or early post-medieval bronze scrap metal was recovered, along with a single prehistoric flint flake.
