Report on a study of the Pulhamite Grotto, located at 12 Lindum Terrace, Lincoln. The grotto formed part of the designed gardens of the former Eastcliff House, which were laid out in the 1870s. The grotto lay at the eastern end of the garden and comprised a range of garden features, all made with Pulhamite mortar, including a number of paths, several flights of steps and a bridge over a probable former pond.
