Archive for the programme of archaeological monitoring and recording, conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new dwelling on land at Church Lane, Marshchapel. The remains of a possible pit of unknown date was the only feature of archaeological significance identified. This feature could not be investigated further, however, due to unstable ground conditions.
