Abstract/Summary
Document giving the results of detailed analysis of aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar data for the area around Tetney Golf Course. The project was prompted by the finding of a prehistoric log coffin during the digging of a pond at the golf course. The study recorded the remains of a barrow cemetery previously identified by the NMP in this area, and allowed the locations of the individual barrows to be mapped with greater accuracy. The study also identified a group of four previously unrecorded barrows, to the west of the original group identified by the NMP.
